TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR PURCHASE

 

1. Refunds will not be issued to "buyers" remorse.

2. All inquiries should be directed within 30 days of purchase in writing to Ballerina Jewelers.

3. As per our exchange policy, all items must be in original condition, and no merchandise will be accepted without

    an authorization number from Ballerina Jewelers.

4. Special Orders are non-refundable.

5. Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or mysteriously disappears in whole or part while in your possession shall not

    be covered under our guarantee.

6. On disputed items, Ballerina Jewelers will only accept appraisals done by an independant appraiser, one who does not

    buy or sell loose precious gems or jewelry.

7. All refunds are subject to 15% re-stocking fee.

8. All watches sold by Ballerina Jewelers are covered by the manufacturers international warranty and therefore are not

    returnable. In the event of service needs, please refer to the manufacturers authorized service center.

 

 

UPGRADE POLICY

 

Ballerina Jewelers will at any time upgrade any item of jewelry purchased from them and will apply full purchased value towards the upgrade under the following conditions:

 

1. Original receipt must be presented before viewing new item.

2. Purchased item must be in original condition.

3. If purchased item is not in original condition a percentage of ( 10% - 50%) will be deducted from the original purchase
